Compression tights and shorts size chart
How compression tights and shorts should fit
Compression gear should feel snug, smooth and secure without feeling painful or restrictive. The waistband should sit flat, the fabric should not bunch heavily behind the knees, and the wearer should still be able to run, kick, squat, stretch and move naturally.
Choosing between sizes
If you are between sizes, start with the fit you would be comfortable wearing for a full training session or game. Kids and youth athletes should have enough room to move freely while still getting a close fit that stays in place under shorts or uniforms.
Check the style before ordering
- Compression tights give full-leg coverage for cold mornings, training and game day.
- Compression shorts and half shorts give lower-bulk coverage for under-uniform wear, running and gym.
- Kids and youth compression gear should be chosen for comfort, movement and the outer uniform it needs to sit under.
- Men’s and women’s compression wear should feel firm at the waist and smooth through the leg without restricting normal movement.
Need help with sizing?
Check the product photos for length and rise, then compare the size chart before ordering. If you are buying for school, club or competition use, also check colour and uniform rules before choosing between black and beige styles.
